About Bennoda
Bennoda refers to the relationship between Chester Bennington and Mike Shinoda, of the band Linkin Park. It is simply a mashup of their last names.Bennoda was initially used as a slash pairing in fanfiction culture. Of course, as happens with many fandoms, the name was adopted by those who ship Chester and Mike in real life. It was eventually also used to refer to Chester and Mike's platonic love/bromance.
Based on what I've observed, though, I'd say Bennoda is most commonly used to describe moments that blur the lines between the fictionalized romance, and the platonic love. For example, if Mike and Chester gaze at each other, or share a suggestive joke, that would be, "a Bennoda moment."
No matter how you interpret their love for each other, it is adorable. All camps are welcome here.
